Return Policy: All purchases are final. 

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right. You must reach out to us at hello@easeessentials.co within 7 days of the delivery date provided by the shipping tracking information. We cannot replace used items or candles that have already been ignited. A photo is required to reflect any issues with your order.
